I think the guy filming is missing a brain. Otherwise he would KNOW that the police etc power lies in the ability to use PHYSICAL force to back it up. A citizen may very well be in the right when arguing with the police, but if you really annoy them(to the extent they can be bothered with the paperwork)they will arrest you and the fact that you are in the right will be totally irrelevant. You will be in the cells, the cops will go home for their tea and donuts and you wont be a blip on their rader screen when they are in their comfy home watching something sad like coronation street. And you will still be in the cells! They dont give a shit about being filmed. How many cops who violate civil rights on film do you think get anything more than a slap on the wrist? Very,very few.
